Goodreads Summary :-

The bestselling novel about love, loss and hope from the twice Carnegie Medal-winning Patrick Ness.

Conor has the same dream every night, ever since his mother first fell ill, ever since she started the treatments that don’t quite seem to be working. But tonight is different. Tonight, when he wakes, there’s a visitor at his window. It’s ancient, elemental, a force of nature. And it wants the most dangerous thing of all from Conor. It wants the truth.

Patrick Ness takes the final idea of the late, award-winning writer Siobhan Dowd and weaves an extraordinary and heartbreaking tale of mischief, healing and above all, the courage it takes to survive.

I may call this book strange but worth reading.
It is different than other books. It takes place in a normal world but with the essence of abnormality.
I was happened to be reading this book in the night and it terrified me to some extent as I looked at the tree outside our balcony.

This book does not deals with details and leaves the reader in some deep thought process.
The thing I loved about this book is the hidden theme in it. It explored the way about truth to be spoken if you want to escape the bitter consequences in life.

It actually gives moral lessons, if read by a kid.
The idea of a monster should not be taken into consideration; unless it motivates a person to confront the truth that is hidden.
All it speaks is; be terrified when you lie.
But if you speak the truth ; be brave.

One must pick this book for sure, if you want to attain some motivation. Also; its a stuff which a person can read in a day without getting bored.
I recommend this book to each and every individual who enjoys reading. Age is no bar.
All you need to do is to take good from it and leave the negativity behind.

” You do not write your life with words; You write it with actions “

   HAPPY  READING !
